Right now, there are lot buses and microbuses, which are go from Kyiv to Poltava and back.
Here are some of them:

• Zelyoni Slon (Green Elephant) - pretty cheap, fast and good transport from Kyiv to Poltava / Kharkiv and back. Cost of ticket from Kyiv to Poltava - 90 UAH. Usually it is a white microbus, on side of which placed symbol with "Green Elephant".

• Vladislav - almost the same transport company as Zelyoni Slon, but in my opinion their service is worse. Beware their normal sized buses (microbuses almost same as Zelyoni Slon)! Last time, when I rode on it, it was very hot and no any conditioners, even windows and hatches were closed.
  
• Avtolux has very good buses. With conditioners, also they sell food and distribute coffee or tea onboard. Price is bit higher - 105 UAH. But, quality costs money!

• Gunsel - also good transportation company. But this company, as I know, hasn't so lot buses. Price from Kyiv to Poltava is: 90 UAH.

Hello sir , i want to ask about •Avtolux if i am in Airport Terminal B in Boryspil how i take this bus , from where ??? is i need to take a taxi from airport to bus station ?? tell me all information and all the price and if i need to take a taxi how much and how long time to the bus station ??? Hi, mark777. You can order ticket on their web-site. Or you can buy it in Autolux Ticket Window, it is located in Airport Terminal B.
Taxi is bad variant as it is very expensive. And buses arrive to the Entrance of Terminal B.

Yes, price is 105 UAH. It's normal price for buses and microbuses. Yes, you can book ticket anytime at Airport Boryspil, but sometimes all tickets for specified time can be taken. Then you will have to wait for the next bus. Normally way to Poltava from Kyiv take 4-5 hours.

BTW, current price from Borispil to Poltava is 115 UAH, not 105 UAH.
