Help me contact my wife in Poltava, I have her address and phones, cannot contact her

Hi! I married my wife on December 8, but lost any contact with her last week, includind e-mail and phone calls. Something bad happened, either personally or she just quit relations. Unfortunately, she does not answer my e-mails and phone calls and I do not know, how to contact officials in Potava. I will give her data, if somebody want help me.
