Hello I am a Canadian interested in traveling to Poltava and I was wondering if there are any decent apartments to rent for short term. Also what is the best way to get to Poltava. Thanks for any info.

What kind of apartments do you need, how many rooms should be there etc?

If you arrive to Borispol airport, you can ride to Kiev by mini-buses, than buy tickets for the bus or better train to Poltava from Kiev Railroad Station. Another way is to rent a taxi, which are much more expensive, I believe it'll be cost $100-$200 from Borispol to Poltava.

Which transport do you prefer? And how much money are you ready to pay for it?

translation was a little off. I will be Poltava the last two weeks of May 2009. I know how to get to Poltava. Looking for a nice inexpensive apartment to rent for a couple of weeks (2 Weeks-May 16 to 30, 2009). Last year I rented one for $200 for 2 weeks, however it is rented out this time so right now I am homeless for my visit. Any apartments for rent?
All I need for the apartment is a bed and warm running water. Nothing special. Location does not matter as I will have my own car for travel.

I do need a MAP of Ukraine highways and the City of Poltava.

There are some other on sites for local, but mostly they looking for long term rent, so it's a problem to find room cheaper than $350 per two weeks.
