Wow, cool. There was certainly no wi-fi in the whole country just over two years ago. I even remember speaking to a bunch of people at different internet cafes at the time in Kiev, and nobody even knew what wi-fi was! Extensive internet searches at the time also were fruitless. Anyway, to the restaurant I say Well done!

Fragov, thanks for the tip. I'll check it out when I'm in Poltava next. My target date is to make sure I'm there for International Women's Day in March. A fun day to be in that part of the world! I'm getting a little weary of the heat in Bangkok. I've been here for over two years!
