Thank you very much for these two reports on the Museum of Poltava that I can see from France. Very interesting !
Mikhail Alexandrovich Olekhovski (born in 1855, Kremenchug - died in 1909, Poltava) first director of the Poltava Museum, was one of my parents (uncle of my grand-father Gorgiï Nicolaïévitch Krivobok)
In July 1996, with my cousin Natalya Mikhailovna Litvinenko (granddaughter of Mikhail Alexandrovich Olekhovski), we were warmly greeted in Poltava Museum and invited to sign the guest book of the museum in memory of our parent.
