Avarage salary in Ukraine is 2$/hour and 5$/hour is really good salary, especially in Poltava.

You may not agree with me but this "slogan" sounds like the services are too cheap therefore the quality can't be too good. As for me I prefer "The best quality for your money"!

As for me your version sounds like "whatever the actual quality is, U will be ripped off anyway" ;P
