I'm surprised. When I lived in Poltava for a whole year (a little over two years ago) everyone was saying there were no big fast food restaurants in town because of the influence of a couple of local politicians. And I got the distinct impression it would a long time before they came to Poltava.

caissa, times changed and politicans too. Now there is at least 3 fastfoods: McDonalds, Burger Club, Chelentano Pizza (in 2 places of Poltava).
