    Hello,

I visited Poltava in 2008 and I was taken to a village restaurant that was not far from the city. It was maybe 10-15 minutes by taxi and I think it was north or maybe west from the center. I was trying to recall it but I don't think I ever knew the name. There were fields of sunflowers across the road.
The restaurant included several buildings around a central square that looked like it might have music and dancing in the evening or weekends perhaps but also there were tables in private enclosures beyond the restaurant and a swampy area behind it that had a wooden walkway and more tables also.

I was hoping someone might recognize it from the description and share the name with me. I have some photos if I could upload them here.
I may be able to return this summer or fall and would like to include this restaurant in my trip if possible.

Is that all image of that restaurant you have? There a lot of different restaraunts around a town. And I was just in some of them.
    That might be "Gluhoman".

I added some pictures from that restaurant to my album.
I see in one picture that the napkins on the table have a name but partially obscured and upside down but ending in MOK.

I checked the website for Gluhoman and it appears to be more to the south of town from what I remember. I think I would like to go there to see it whether it is the same place or not.

If I don't find this one again it's ok since I enjoyed several other places in town that I can find again or try new ones. I just think this one was cool.

No, it's not a MOK, word on napkinks is "LLI N H O K", which on Ukrainian mean somethings like Village Restaraunt.

Yes, I founded picture of it. It is a 'Shinok" in village Proni at Dykanka.

Thanks for finding that. It is great detective work from not so great clues. Also thanks for the map, I know where to find it now.
